testing

a testing day for jean today....let me tell u the story..

chef wan (yes...the m'sian celebrity chef) was going to give a talk in my college and everyone has to dress up neatly in our uniforms with tidy hair and all to give a good impression... sounds familiar eh?? pretending to look good and all...

every morning, i would set my alarm at 6.30 and snooze it till 7.15.. :) ..but today, i accidentally pressed 'off alarm' and woke up at 8.25am!! i was like.. OMGGGGG!!! late late late late!!! i jumped out of bed and went to the washroom to wash up, wore my shirt tat i didnt iron, simply brushed my hair and dashed down to my car to drive to ktm.. as i was driving, i suddenly felt an urge to check my bag for my tie which i usually kept in my bag after wearing it...when i opened my bag....oh noooo... i didnt put it back into my bag.... i patah balik to my house just to get my tie and as i was just about to park my car at the ktm station, the train arrived.. i didnt have time to get into the train and had to wait for the next one, which was 10mins late....

i was praying all the way that chef wan would be late. when i arrived, the talk had not started....phhewwww....

i didnt realise that chef wan had accomplished so much in his life...he received an award as the no.1 celebrity chef in the world!! yes... in the WORLD... beating gordon ramsay, jamie oliver and nigella lawson!! i really found that hard to believe..wow.. im still amazed.. and how come this news didnt spread around? i think most of the malaysians didnt even know bout it...

another blunder of the day was that i forgot to bring a part of an assignment, which i was supposed to hand in today..i didnt really panic coz so many hiccups already happened today...i just sigghhhhheddd.... i would hav to beg my lecturer tomoro when i go for my saturday class to allow me to add that part of the assignment in....

this is indeed a day of testing for jean, and she managed to pull thru, thanks to God's help and prayer....

whats next??

im finally posting something again! yay... jean has started college and is already into the 3rd week.. or is it the 4th week?? anyways, college life is starting to drain me out... i feel that its such an effort just to drag myself out of bed just to get ready for coll.. i listen to ppl who are enjoying their coll and uni life.. why cant my coll life be like theirs?? few probs between frens have surfaced too..between this girl and that girl..that boy and that girl...the other boy and that boy... ppl behave certain ways and get on other ppl's nerves.. in this sem, out of 7 subjects, 6 are group assignments... i dont like group assignments!! its not that i dont like my group mates and my frens... its just really bothersome.. we all live far away from each other and none of us, including me, has the motivation to do the assignments.. is it because i cant work with other ppl? i dont know coz my other frens feel the same way too..

todays class was crap and a waste of time.. the lecturer was just writing notes on the board and reading it to us later on...gave us some exercise which she didnt even teach us how to do and thinks we are superhumans who have einsteins brains.. while she was 'teaching' in the front, we were busy munching seaweed, giant pocky sticks, mamee, and chewing gum at the back...playing games with our phones and texting each other and miss calling too.. doesnt it sound like school life??

ive been feeling up and down very often.. one day im hyper, the next im quiet..im really weird arent i?? my mood changes as fast as playboys change their girlfrens.. now where did that pepatah come from?? so random.. lol.. an apology to my frens.. u just have to bear with me..

whats next?? work? how is working life gonna be then?? doing the same thing everyday for years.. how are we gonna handle office politics too?? its a big world out there and im so not ready to face it..

well, this is life.. u just have to suck it up and face it.. u cant always have ur way and be on cloud 9..it rains on cloud 9 too btw..

neglected

neglected this blog for so long...sorry bloggie!! well, jean has been going thru the ups in downs in life and didnt handle the downs too well...back to college too... not enjoying the timetable..wat to do? things cant go your way all the time.. feel a lil distant from God too..its my fault anyway..

malacca trip

15 legendary students packed their bags, crammed into 3 cars, and headed off to malacca with the trip they bought from MATTA fair... with smiling faces after grueling exam stress, off they went.. there were some complications in the beginning with the transportation. ended up, i had to drive there using my sis's car. O.o.. i was not used to her car and was gonna drive long distance..wow.. we made it safely to and back from malacca.(thats why im here blogging)..

my car turned into 3 wrong exits on the highway due to miscommunication..looking on the bright side, it was fun finding our own way back onto the right track.. where is the fun in trips if it aint for the blunders?? XD

first stop was the animal safari.. the animals are better kept there compared to miserable, dull, smelly animals of zoo negara..they have space to roam around too.. after that, went to check-in to our villa, took a bathe while the others played in the mini swimming pool. basketball was next.. thanks to Kong who scored all the goals in our all girl 1 boy team, the all boys team had to treat us to something later on..

went back to the house and prepared steamboat(note: cooking is not allowed in the house). competing with each other for the food was memorable. our indulgence with our dinner caused us to be late for the cowboy show. we reached just in time for the closing fireworks and a mini parade..(thats why when we entered, ppl were oddly walking in the opposire direction) after the show, there was an announcement saying there was another show later. we waited and were the treated to a VIP show.(we were the only audience). there was only 1 show with men eating fire and stuff.. 1 guy even had 6packs..O.O...

the next morn, we ate breakfast which we accidentally discovered that it came with the package we paid for. after packing up, headed to malacca town for the ever famous chicken rice balls..after the refreshing free cendol, treated by the guys coz of the basketball bet, we headed back to kl. i was so tired while driving that when i wanted to shift gears, i forgot 5th gear was right-up or right-down.(note: right-down is reverse)...anyways, we came back all in 1 peace.. thank God. :)

new toy

finally! i bought a new camera!! so so so happy...lalalalalalalalalalalaa... im really really happy.. my friend, melissa chong and i have been hunting for cameras. i think she has been hunting for an even longer time than me.. all the time spent on looking up the camera reviews, specifications, price and all online... its finally over.. it was frustrating coz we couldnt make up our minds on which cam to get.. the next step was to choose a date, time and place on where to buy our prized possession.. and then suddenly on friday, she msged me saying there is a camera sale on saturday at pj old town.. i was so excited! my kind mom withdrew money for me to buy.. the entire night, i was really happy!(mom and sis were witnesses)..

the journey to the place to buy was really long coz melissa had things to handle.. the weather was so so hot.. was sweating from heat and excitement! we were in a hurry coz we had to be in church at 4pm and we arrived at 2.45. i was undecided between getting a sony and a canon.. going back and forth between the 2 booths.. called my mom for advise but she said she doesnt know which cam coz she's not there.. then melissa suddenly remembered aaron has a sony cam. i called him for advice too.. ended up getting the canon IXUS 95IS... im satisfied with it.. XD...melissa got the light blue one while i got the magenta one.. we were both so so happy with the cam.. smiling smiling during dinner and even felt like we missed the cam after not holding it after a while..crazy rite?? i agree..XD some ppl might find us weird.. but u dont know the trouble we went thru in getting it.. both of us like photography too.. so i guess its really worth it...^^

long time

its been so so so so so so long since i posted something.. its mainly because i was busy with assignments and test.. arghhh!! but the other main main reason was becoz i was lazy.. XD there are a few things tat i wanna blog about but since there are a few and i elaborate alot, its gonna be a long long post... dunno who raeds my blog anyways..ahahaha.. i'll be back when i feel like posting.. finals coming soon..sigh.. so lazy to study.. =.=
